I haven't got any pics but I'll try to explain how I do it.....

Lay 2 pieces of line next to each other, then tie an overhand loop, then go through the loop again with the tag ends (so there's 2 twists rather than 1 if you understand what I mean). Pull it tight and cut the dropper to length. Really simple.

At the moment JD I could just about afford 20 minutes of lessons of you LOL.

I can't complain though, I've had my best ever season on the dry fly.

lol...i love the dry...tye my own small "black jobbies" for want of a better word.... :tongue2: down to a size 24.

Love fishing the big reservoir on a bit of a swell with a black knat, or similar, waiting excitedly for that hidden monster to slash that fly down...

cant beat it. :clapper::victory:

Seriously, it must take a lot of skill to tye a fly on size 24 mate.........fair play to you.

I dont think there is many could do that...........

easy really..as long as you have a good vice and fine thread. at that size the fish see it as a blob really. I have had size 26 hooks, but , to be honest, they are exactly the same size as the 24's....bloody rip off b*****ds...lol
